 Silicone Rubber for shoe mold making Usages:

 Silicone Rubber for shoe mold making  is mainly used for shoe soles molding, sand casting, sole sampling, operating in brushing way and pouring way. It features with low hardness and viscosity, high tensile strength and tear strength,etc. .

 Silicone Rubber for shoe mold making Instruction:

Component A is white flowing liquid and component B is the curing agent. For example, take silicone rubber of 100g and add 3-5% curing agent for  mixing evenly. After the silicone rubber and the curing agent are completely mixed, put the silicon into a vacuum machine for deairing to remove the bubbles. After deaired, pouring the liquid silicone rubber into the product to be duplicated or into the mold frame.

Packaging, storage and transportation

(1) The RTV-2 silicone rubber is packed with vacuumed thick PE bag inside,and iron barrel (tin) outside, packing in 5 kg, 25 kg , 200 kg.

Curing agent (catalyst, cross-linking agent or other additives) are packed with 1 kg, 25 kg plastic bottles or barrels, and the weight is 3-5% of total silicone.

(2) The product should be stored in a cool dry place, avoid the sun and rain, it must be kept away from acids, alkalis, salts and other compounds. The shelf life is one year from the date of production,and it can be re-used through a re-examination even If over its storage period. Curing agent is easy to absorb moisture and get volatilized, so the deterioration should be sealed for storage.

(3) The goods is NOT subjest to IMDG except the curing agent.
